SWISS reports July passenger growth
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS)1 transported 1,791,301 passengers in July, 7.6% more than in the same period last year. The 13,291 flights operated for the month were also a 5.5% increase on July 2017.
Total July capacity, measured in available seat-kilometres (ASK), was up 3.7% on the prior-year period. Total traffic volume, measured in revenue passenger-kilometres (RPK), was raised 4.7%. Systemwide seat load factor improved accordingly, rising 0.8 percentage points to 89.5%.
