SWISS carries more passengers in April
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS)1 transported 1,594,208 passengers in April, 8.0% more than in the same month last year. SWISS also operated more flights in April 2018 than it had the previous year: 12,321, an increase of 4.3%.
Systemwide capacity for April was raised 6.0% on the prior-year period in available seat-kilometre (ASK) terms. Total April traffic volume, measured in revenue passenger-kilometres (RPKs), was up 6.4%. Systemwide seat load factor improved accordingly, rising 0.3 percentage points to 85.2%.
