The IT failures have no impact on SWISS's systems, but SWISS's flight operations are unfortunately affected due to disruptions at partner companies and air traffic control. Flights within Europe have already had to be cancelled, and further flight cancellations and delays are to be expected. SWISS is doing everything in its power to get passengers to their destinations as punctually as possible and is seeking suitable solutions in the event of flight cancellations. Passengers are asked to check the status of their flight before travelling to the airport.
